Refund Policy

Short version: every Rankable payment is final, and money goes back only in the three situations listed in section 3. Before you pay, the free website check shows how the agent reads your site, and you can cancel a subscription yourself at any moment.

1. Payments are final

A Rankable plan is a monthly or annual subscription that gives your account access to the AI SEO agent for that period, with the sites, limits and features shown on the pricing page. Access for the whole period is granted when the period starts. The fee pays for that access, not for a number of changes, audits or articles, so the amount of work the agent does in a period does not change what is owed.

By subscribing you ask us to start the service straight away and you accept that, once it has started, any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period no longer applies.

2. Situations that are not refunded

None of the following leads to a full or partial refund:

  • You changed your mind or no longer need SEO help.
  • You did not connect a website, or the agent made few changes during a paid period.
  • Rankings, traffic or AI citations did not move as quickly or as far as you hoped. Search results depend on many factors outside our control.
  • A renewal was charged because you forgot to cancel before the renewal date, or you cancelled right after it.
  • A renewal went through after one or more failed attempts (see section 5).
  • You chose the wrong plan or billing period.
  • A feature you expected is not described on the pricing page.
  • Your server, hosting or WordPress setup blocked the agent, or you revoked its access.
  • The unused part of a period after cancelling. Access runs to the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated.
  • Someone you gave your login to used the account.

3. When we do refund

A refund is issued only in these cases, only when our records and our payment processor's records support it, and only up to the affected charge:

  • Double charge. A fault in our billing charged you twice for the same period.
  • Proven unauthorised charge. Your card was used without your permission, you tell us within 14 days of the charge, and the transaction records confirm it. We may ask you to confirm that you reported it to your card issuer.
  • Complete service failure. A confirmed fault on our side left the service entirely unusable for a continuous stretch, you reported it while it was happening, and we could not fix it. Slowness, partial issues and problems with your own site, server or network are not included.

A refund is limited to what you actually paid for the affected period, goes back to the original payment method, and is our full liability for the matter. One refund does not create a right to another.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge, with the subject "Refund request", the date and amount of the charge and which case from section 3 applies. Requests sent later are not considered. We review requests in the order they arrive.

Opening a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first breaches our Terms of Service and leads to the account being closed.

5. Cancelling, renewals and failed payments

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Manage subscription, without contacting us. Cancelling stops all future renewals straight away, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling is not a refund request.

Subscriptions renew automatically. When a new period begins, access for it is granted and its payment is due. If the charge is declined, the payment stays due and our payment processor retries it over the following days; these retries are for the same unpaid period, not new charges. Cancelling after a period has started stops later renewals but does not cancel the payment for the current one. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.

6. What we keep on record

When you create an account you accept our Terms of Service, which include this policy, and our Privacy Policy. The checkout shows the plan, price, billing period and automatic renewal before any payment is taken.

For each subscription we keep the purchase date and time, the plan and price shown, your acceptance of the terms, the confirmation and renewal emails, and an activity log of the account, including sign-ins, connected websites and the changes the agent made. Our payment processor keeps its own transaction record, including the card's country and the result of bank authentication such as 3D Secure. Claims are assessed against these records, and they are provided to your bank if a chargeback is opened.
